CALLANDER

A detached house in an elevated position overlooking
'C' beat and the river. With spectacular panoramic views
of the Cromdale Hills and Ben Rinnies beyond.

Large recently completed new house of traditional style
standing above the Glenmore Burn/Glen on the edge of the
famous Tulchan Moor. The house has a large fenced garden.

Modern bungalow approached by private road standing on
the banks of 'D' beat on the river. Large fenced garden with
views across open fields.

ROSE
Situated on the driveway to Tulchan Lodge this ex chauffeurs semi-detached cottage has been completely refurbished. Aptly
named with Roses at the front door gives a delightful setting.

Large farmhouse kitchen with Rayburn. Fenced garden is ideal
for families with children. Adjacent to the river Spey. Views to the Cromdale hills.

TOMNALAY
A traditional stone built Scottish cottage with added
conservatory. Approached by private drive this charming
property stands in a quiet secluded wooded glen which
abounds with wildlife. Completely refurbished throughout.
