	Tulchan is situated in one of the finest holiday areas in Scotland.

	Even a short visit will reveal its many different – and beautiful faces. Staying in one

	of our cottages you are perfectly based for a number of exciting sporting or leisurely

	activities depending on your mood.




	There are some beautiful and challenging courses in the area including:

	Grantown on Spey, Boat of Garten, Kingussie, Newtonmore and to the north

	the championship courses of Nairn and Royal Dornoch.

	The Landmark visitor centre offers treetop trails, waterslides, exhibitions,

	restaurants and lots of fun.



	There are numerous castles and sites of cultural and

	historical interest within easy driving distances.



	There is an abundance of wildlife to watch out for around Tulchan. At Boat of Garten

	you can watch the Osprey’s in their nest at the RSPB’s visitor centre.



	For the more adventurous and fitter walker there is the Speyside Way which runs through

	Tulchan Estate. For climbers there is the Cairngorm mountain range which is

	approximately forty five minutes by car.



	Nairn beach is only forty five minutes to one hours drive away and is one of many great

	beaches in the area. Ideal for children of all ages.



	Excellent skiing/snowboarding can be had at the Cairngorms

	or slightly further afield at the Lecht.



	Tulchan Lodge has a private tennis court and can be used by arrangement.
